喜多村さんの粉引は、やわからい焼きのため、貫入が入りやすく経年変化が大きいです。湯のみとしてやデザートなどにも。
Because Mr. Kitamura’s *kohiki* ware is fired at a lower temperature, it is prone to developing fine crackle patterns (*kannyu*) and undergoes significant changes in appearance over time. It is suitable for use as a tea cup or for serving desserts.
